- Any damage or shortage upon delivery must be clearly noted on the carrier's delivery receipt at the time of delivery and reported to Cassia Clover asap. FAILURE to do this forfeits vendor's responsibility for missing or damaged goods.

If you are not satisfied with your rug we will happily accept returns. Returns must be requested within 21 days of delivery.

- Rugs must be in new condition and unused. If rugs are delivered in used condition, you will be responsible to have it shipped back to you.
