Hassle Free Returns

At Cassia Clover, we strive to serve our loyal customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!

  • You may initiate a return automatically within the My Account section of the site found here: Return Now
  • Please allow up to 1 business day for your return request to be reviewed by our team. If you have not heard within this time, please email us. 
  • Note: Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable

Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, email our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please email our customer service team as soon as possible.

Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for returns/cancellations:

1. Once an Order has shipped it must follow the returns procedures below

  • Most Items can be returned for a refund with proof of purchase if filed within 21 days of receiving it. You have 21 days to initiate a return from the date it was postmarked delivered to you.
  • All returned packages to us must be postmarked by the carrier within the 21 day return period.  If the item arrives after this date, it will be returned to you at your expense. 
  • No return shipping charges on most items, we'll take care of return shipping at no additional cost to you. See excluded categories below. 
  • You may initiate a return automatically within the My Account section of the site found here: Return Now
  • You may also optionally send us a notice of intent to return your order to hello@cassiaclover.com and our team will walk you through the process.

    • If you do not hear from us within 24-48 hours, please check your Junk or Bulk Folder as our response may have unintentionally landed there. 


  • Returned items must remain in new condition-if we receive items that are not in new condition (such as signs of pet hair, strongly scented, washed, worn out or torn) you will not receive a refund and will be responsible for paying to have the product shipped back to you.

  • If you have thrown away your shipping packaging or rendered it unusable for return shipping, we are unable to provide a replacement and it is your responsibility to procure packaging 

  • Please allow our team 2-5 business days to process your return and refund once it is received. 

  • Shipping costs from your original order are not refundable

  • *Please allow 5-10 days for package transit. This will ensure that we receive your return within the return window.

Categories excluded from FREE Returns are FURNITURE & RUGS  They are eligible for returns, you must pay return shipping fees. See below for more info.

*If your return is a PREMIUM RUG OR FURNITURE  You will be responsible for return shipping fees and a 20% Restocking Fee, which will be deducted from your refund. 

Do NOT refuse the shipment upon delivery, refusing the shipment without a return authorization will result in a 20% restocking fee. Refusing shipment also includes failure to schedule or accept white glove delivery if that was your method of shipping selected.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be in new and unused condition. 

*NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS: Framed and Unframed Wall Art prints  It will be DESIGNATED on Product Pages near the price section. Please contact us asap if there are issues or defects with your product. 

*Clearance & Outlet Products are final sale and excluded from returns - it will be noted on the product page if it is a clearance item. 

*Return Policy Abuse -  we reserve the right to void free return privileges for those who abuse the policy with either frequent or multiple consecutive returns, or using products for staging or social media with the intent to return. In extreme cases, we reserve the right prohibit shopping on the site or charge a restocking fee for abuse of the return policy. 

*If your return is part of a bundle promotion and you return part of the bundle making the order no longer eligible for the discount, the price difference will be deducted from your refund amount for the remaining products at regular price that you intend to keep. If you return all items in the promo bundle, you will receive a full refund. 

*If you return an item that was part of a threshold discount  (ex Spend $100, get 15% Off) and return part of the order making it no longer eligible for the discount, the remaining items will be charged at their individual regular prices rather than the discounted set price. It will be reflected in your refund amount. If you return all items, you will receive a full refund. 

*If you return an item that was part of a threshold Free Shipping promo (ex Spend $150, get Free Shipping) and return part of the order making it no longer eligible for the Free Shipping, the free shipping will be voided and a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. The fee can range anywhere from $15-$150 depending on the size of the order. 

If your order has NOT shipped or processed yet | Changing or Cancelling Your Order

  • Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately!
  • If your purchase has not been packed and shipped we are happy to cancel your order and issue a refund. Please email hello@cassiaclover.com
  • For select products like artist designed woven blankets, rugs, furniture and art work, if the vendor has already processed the order it can not be cancelled (once it ships to you, you can initiate a return if the item is eligible. See below for eligibility.)
  • NOTE: For security reasons we will not be able to change your shipping address after an order has shipped

Exchanges

At this time we are not accepting exchanges. You will be refunded your return amount and can apply that to a new purchase. 

Adding Items to an Order You Just Placed

Have you ever had that moment when you’ve just submitted your order and you see something that you must have asap? It can happen. First, contact us immediately! We may be able to add the item to your existing order, but only if the order has not already been processed and shipped.
