• In the event that you have incorrectly provided a shipping address, we are unable to change the address once an order is placed. It must be cancelled and placed again for security reasons. 
• Once a package ships, delivery is out of our hands and you are responsible for locating or intercepting the package
• If we receive the lost package we may be able to send it back to you for an additional shipping fee or we can refund you less the original shipping costs. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
