If you item arrives damaged or with missing items, it is important to notify us immediately within 24 hours, if shipped white glove notify the provider at the time of delivery. Failure to do this will forfeit the vendors obligation to cover damaged/missing items.
For White Glove Delivery - Failure to schedule your delivery after multiple attempts of contact or failure to accept delivery will result in a 20% restocking fee as well as deduction of return and original shipping fees in your refund.
