• Most furniture items ship within 2-3 weeks or sooner direct from the vendor, from the United States.
• White Glove delivery may be available at checkout for oversized items. This is by appointment and a team will deliver your item to the room of your choice and go up to two flights of stairs.
• Standard shipping is Doorstep delivery, meaning it will not be brought inside of your home
• Our shipping cost are flat rates based on size and product weights

• If you item arrives damaged or with missing items, it is important to notify us immediately within 24 hours, if shipped white glove notify the provider at the time of delivery. Failure to do this will forfeit the vendors obligation to cover damaged/missing items.
• For White Glove Delivery - Failure to schedule your delivery after multiple attempts of contact or failure to accept delivery will result in a 20% restocking fee as well as deduction of return and original shipping fees in your refund. Check your bulk or junk mail folder if you fail to see notifications in your inbox. Ensure you leave a valid phone number in your order info.

• A 20% Restocking Fee will also be deducted from your refund
• Do NOT refuse the shipment upon delivery, refusing the shipment without a return authorization will result in a 20% restocking fee. Refusing shipment also includes failure to schedule or accept white glove delivery.
